1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ShopiPreview ("Service", "we", "us") you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal authority to enter into these terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ShopiPreview allows Shopify merchants to generate private share links for their password-protected Shopify storefronts. Visitors who receive a share link can access the storefront without manually entering the storefront password.

ShopiPreview is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to Shopify Inc.

3. User Responsibility & Authorization

By creating a share link you warrant and represent that:

• You own or have explicit authorization to share the Shopify store in question.
• You have the right to distribute access to the storefront to third parties.
• You will not use the Service to share stores you do not own or control.
• You are solely responsible for all links you create and how they are distributed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we reasonably believe is sharing stores without authorization.

4. Shopify Terms of Service

You acknowledge that using ShopiPreview may interact with or potentially conflict with Shopify's own Terms of Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of this Service complies with any agreements you have with Shopify. ShopiPreview accepts no liability for any suspension, ban, or penalty applied to your Shopify account or store as a result of using this Service.

5. Password & Data Security

Storefront passwords you provide are encrypted at rest using industry-standard encryption. Passwords are never displayed to visitors and are used solely to authenticate share links server-side.

You acknowledge that no security measure is perfect. ShopiPreview is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from vulnerabilities outside our reasonable control.

You are responsible for using a strong, unique storefront password and for revoking links promptly when they are no longer needed.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Share access to stores you do not own or have permission to share.
• Engage in fraud, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content via share links.
• Circumvent any security, rate-limiting, or access controls of the Service.

7. Link Revocation

You may revoke any share link at any time from your dashboard. Revoked links immediately cease to grant access to the storefront. We are not liable for any access that occurred prior to revocation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShopiPreview and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of revenue, data, or business resulting from use or inability to use the Service.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Suspension or termination of your Shopify account.
• Actions of third parties who receive your share links.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. DMCA & Takedowns

We respond promptly to valid DMCA notices and other legal requests. If you believe content accessible via a ShopiPreview link infringes your rights, please contact us at legal@shopipreview.dev with the following: (a) a description of the allegedly infringing content, (b) the specific URL, (c) your contact information, and (d) a statement of good faith belief. We will investigate and act within 5 business days.

11. Modifications to the Service & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which ShopiPreview operates.
